Ceile Circle, Walton Hills Roof Replacement

The April 15, 2026 hailstorm caused significant damage to this Walton Hills property, affecting multiple structures and exterior components simultaneously. Both the main house roof and detached shed roof sustained hail damage, along with the gutter guard system, aluminum wraps on the garage and shed doors, and window screens throughout the property. With damage spread across so many components, navigating the insurance claim required careful documentation and a contractor capable of handling the full scope in a single coordinated project.

Full tear-off and replacement was completed on both the house and shed roofs using the RhinoRoof granulated ice & water shield and RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment system as the foundation. Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Midnight Plum were selected, giving both structures a rich, deep color with excellent curb appeal. Perforated aluminum gutter guards were installed across the full gutter system, and all damaged aluminum wraps on the garage and shed doors were replaced. Window screens on the affected elevations were also replaced as part of the approved scope.
