Payment Terms

At Python Roofing, we believe in honesty, clarity, and doing the job right — and that starts with how we handle payments. Below you’ll find our standard payment terms, accepted payment methods, and important information regarding fees for digital payments.

Standard Payment Terms

To schedule your project and secure materials, we require:

30% deposit due upon estimate approval (prior to scheduling)

70% balance due upon project completion

Your final invoice will reflect this breakdown. Once the project is complete and the final walkthrough (or inspection, if applicable) is done, the balance is due within 3 business days.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

• ACH Bank Transfer (Preferred)
• Check (made payable to Python Roofing LLC)
• Credit or Debit Card
• Digital Wallet (Apple Pay / Google Pay) (coming soon)

Credit Card & Digital Payment Fees

If paying via credit or debit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to your total. This fee covers merchant charges applied by our payment processor and is not retained by Python Roofing.

We recommend using ACH or check to avoid additional fees.

Tip: Many homeowners pay their deposit by card and the balance by check or bank transfer to minimize fees.

Late Payments & Non-Payment

• A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances after 5 business days.
• In the event of non-payment, Python Roofing reserves the right to pursue collection or legal remedies in accordance with state law.
• Warranties and post-project documentation (photos, receipts, or inspection reports) may be withheld until payment is received in full.

Financing Options

We currently do not offer in-house financing, but we are happy to work with your insurance company or HSA/FSA-approved repair program (if applicable).

Project Changes & Additional Work

Any scope changes, add-ons, or materials upgrades will be documented and signed off before additional charges are applied. You will receive an updated estimate for your approval.

Secure & Transparent

We use secure digital invoicing and payment portals through trusted platforms to protect your information. Receipts are emailed immediately upon payment.
